What is this for?
This privacy policy meets the legal requirements for transparency in the processing of personal data. This is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. What are my rights?

- Correction according to Art. 16 GDPR of incorrect or incomplete data stored by us;
- Erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR of the data stored by us, insofar as processing is not necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- Restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed, processing is unlawful, we no longer need the data and you object to their deletion because you need them for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
- Data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, insofar as you have provided us with personal data within the scope of consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or on the basis of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and these have been processed by us with the aid of automated processes. How exactly is my data processed?
Below you will find information about the individual processing operations, the scope and purpose of data processing, the legal basis, the obligation to provide your data, and the respective storage period. Automated decision-making in individual cases, including profiling, is not used.
Provision of the website
Nature and scope of processing
When you visit and use our website, we collect the personal data your browser automatically transmits to our server. The following information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time visited
- Name and URL of the file accessed
- Website from where it is accessed (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer, as well as the name of your access provider
Our website is not hosted by us directly, but by a service provider who processes the aforementioned data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Purpose and legal basis
The processing is carried out to safeguard our overriding legitimate interest to display our website and ensure security and stability on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The collection of data and storage in log files is mandatory for operating the website. There is no right to object to the processing due to the exception under Art. 21 (1) GDPR. Where further storage of the log files is required by law, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide the data, however, visiting our website is not technically possible without providing the data.

Nature and scope of processing
You have the option to send us a message via the e-mail address info(at)prokuehlsole.de. In this case, your e-mail will be received by our service department and forwarded to the relevant department. Data collection is limited to the e-mail address of the e-mail account used by you to contact us as well as to the personal data voluntarily provided by you in the course of contacting us.
Purpose and legal basis
The processing of your data as a result of sending your e-mail is carried out for the purpose of communication and processing of your request for the purpose of (pre-)contract fulfilment on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Storage period
We receive the personal data provided by you in the context of sending the contact e-mail on the basis of your consent, which is then used exclusively for processing your request. The reason for your request results in different retention or deletion periods for your personal data, which are structured and implemented as part of our deletion concept, e.g. your data related to a contractual relationship is stored for six years from the end of the contractual relationship and subsequently deleted.

Nature and scope of processing
We use the map service Google Maps to provide directions. Google Maps is a service of Google Ireland Limited, and displays a map on our website.
When accessing this content on our website, you establish a connection to servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, whereby your IP address and, if applicable, browser data such as your user agent are transmitted. This data is processed exclusively for the above purposes and to maintain the security and functionality of Google Maps.

The use of Google Maps is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, i.e. as soon as you click on the map image, you actively confirm the use of Google Maps and thus consent to the use of the tool.
Storage period
We do not store or process your data in connection with the use of the Google Maps tool. The concrete storage period of the processed data at Google is beyond our control but is determined by Google Ireland Limited. Google YouTube Video
Nature and scope of processing
We have integrated YouTube video on our website. YouTube Video is a component of the video platform of YouTube, LLC, where users can upload content, share it over the internet, and obtain detailed statistics.
YouTube Video allows us to integrate content from the platform into our website.
YouTube Video uses cookies and other browser technologies to analyse user behaviour, recognize users and create user profiles. This information is used, among other things, to analyse the activity of the content listened to and to generate reports. If a user is registered with YouTube, LLC, YouTube Video can associate the videos played with the profile.

We do not store and process your data in connection with the use of the Google YouTube tool. The concrete storage period of the processed data at Google YouTube is beyond our control, but is determined by Google YouTube, LLC. hCaptcha
Nature and scope of processing
We have integrated components of hCaptcha on our websites. hCaptcha is a service of Intuition Machines, Inc. (IMI) based in the USA and enables us to determine whether a contact request originates from a natural person or is automated by means of a program. This tool shows captchas – small tasks that are easy for humans to solve, but difficult for machines. These captchas help us identify spam.
The hCaptcha tool on principle processes technical information about your use of our website, such as mouse movements, scroll positions, buttons pressed, touch events on touch displays and possibly movements of your device (e.g. if you use our website with a smartphone). hCaptcha further collects the answers to the small tasks that you are asked. This data is processed by hCaptcha exclusively on our behalf to protect our website from bots and spam. Your (non-personal) answers to the small tasks (e.g. recognizing certain objects in pictures) is also used by hCaptcha to train algorithms.
The hCaptcha analysis in "invisible mode" can entirely take place in the background. Website or app visitors are not made aware that such analysis is taking place unless a challenge is displayed to the user. The processing of the data subject's data in the EU is carried out on the legal basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
